Implementation + monthly operations

You are buying a controlled operating process—not a payment button.

Setup maps and configures the agency-specific workflow. The monthly plan supports the recurring controls, records, pay-run preparation, reconciliation, and operating review included in the selected scope.

Pricing FAQ

Why is there a setup fee?

The product must be configured around the agency’s roles, approvals, client and project structure, company wallet, contractor records, and accounting workflow.

Why is pricing not only per contractor?

The main value is the operating process around the pay cycle, not only contractor record storage.

Are transaction fees included?

Network, provider, and Lootrunners fees are disclosed before signature. The commercial treatment is stated in the proposal.

Can we start with fewer contractors?

Yes, if the operating problem and beta requirements justify implementation. The stated contractor ranges are fit indicators, not automatic acceptance rules.

Can we cancel?

Beta and commercial cancellation terms are published in the agreement before any payment is accepted.

Review the workflow before choosing the plan.

We will map the current pay cycle, confirm beta fit, and recommend the smallest scope that solves the operating problem.
