(02)   Common questions
When will my payment arrive?

First, the agency must approve the request and authorize the pay run. After the agency signs, USDC on Base typically settles in minutes, but network and wallet conditions can vary. The portal shows the request, signature, and transaction status.

How can I receive payment during beta?

Private beta supports USDC on Base to an approved contractor wallet. Local-bank and USD payout methods are planned but are not yet available.

Why is my new wallet on hold?

A new or changed payout destination is held for 24 hours and requires agency finance approval before it can receive another payment. This helps prevent account takeover, copied-address mistakes, and rushed destination changes.

Where are my receipts and tax records?

Open Payment history for a PDF receipt attached to each completed payment. Forms on file and annual payment summaries appear under Tax documents.

Does Lootrunners hold my money or private keys?

No. The agency controls and signs from its own company wallet. Lootrunners provides the workflow, checks, transaction preparation, records, and reconciliation around that payment.

Can Lootrunners reverse a wallet payment?

No. Blockchain transfers generally cannot be reversed by Lootrunners. Destination verification, holds, test payments, approvals, and pre-signature review are designed to reduce mistakes before money moves.
