A Symphony of Light and Space

The foyer features a striking black clay wainscot with flame treatment. It serves as an introduction to the story of the residence. As they move further in, the social areas unfurl—comprising the dining room, living area, and terrace, which serve as the pulse of the residence.

These communal areas blur the boundaries between inside and out with their generous windows. The windows serve a dual purpose—extending the interior space into the terrace and, at the same time, framing spectacular views of the surrounding landscape.

The kitchen, located at the back, is a minimalist oasis, with dark tones and accents of green from indoor plants. The playroom and the music room, which are adjacent to the kitchen, have a warm, introspective atmosphere, with privacy-enhancing features like shutters and sliding glass doors.

The design uniquely combines readymade furniture with a rich palette of natural materials—wood, marble, faux leather, steel, and glass. Wood is the star of this design, appearing in architectural elements and decorative pieces like wainscotings and beams. This creates intriguing perspectives and focal points.

Acting as a central meeting point and a vestibule for the private quarters, the family room features a large bookshelf teeming with diverse decorative objects, a testament to the family’s eclectic style.

Each room in the private areas is designed to reflect the hobbies and lifestyle of each family member. In the master bedroom a neutral color palette envelops floors and walls with earthy ochre shades, amplifying natural light. This sets the stage for accentuating furnishings.
