No. 18 Colorado got the scoring rolling early in Saturday night’s rivalry game against Colorado State and it was a son of coach Deion Sanders right at the center of the action.

No, we’re not talking about quarterback Shedeur Sanders. Shilo, a defensive back for the Buffaloes, scored a touchdown with an 80 yard interception return after Rams quarterback Brayler FowlerNicolosi threw an errant pass.

Sanders hit midfield and took a page out of his father’s book, hitting a brief high step before realizing that he actually had to get on his horse and hightail it into the end zone.

The Buffaloes remain must-watch television under Deion Sanders, as Colorado looks to move to 3–0 on the season on Saturday night before the schedule gets much tougher heading into Pac-12 play.

Colorado will be a 3-point favorite against Oregon on Saturday. Then, the team plays USC at home in the last weekend of September.
