Toronto rapper Drake Los Angeles is his safe haven. The 6God recently put his Beverly Hills property up for sale, only a year after he paid top dollar for it. The estate is a palatial estate with 10 bedrooms, 22 bathrooms and a little under 25,000 square feet. It sits on 19.75 acres.
Drake purchased this property in 2017 for $75,000,000 USD. Now it’s up for sale for $88,000,000 USD. The original mansion, built in late 1990s was designed by KAA Design Group. GUESS Armand Marciano is the co-founder. Robbie Williams (English pop star) bought the estate in 2015 for $33 Million and renovated it to include new contemporary spaces. Williams and his spouse later sold the home to Drake.
The interiors are neutral with a living room, two fireplaces and a foyer with double height. Additionally, there’s a wine cellar, gyn, an elevator, as well as a kitchen with dual islands. The master bedroom upstairs has a private balcony with a view and a salon style bathroom. A property this large comes with both a staff wing and guesthouse.
